Rainbow Chard, Red Chard, Silver Beet, Silverbeet, Mangold

Heat and cold tolerant — one of the most versatile greens. Harvest outer leaves; plant regrows for months. Direct sow 2–4 weeks before last frost or transplant. The 'seeds' are actually seed clusters — thin to 6" apart. Best for mid-spring through fall; overwinters in mild zones with protection.
